Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before accepting a quotation
You may stop an enquiry without commissioning work. There is no purchase or payment collection through this website.
After work is commissioned
Email support@bramquay.site with the project reference and cancellation request. The accepted project agreement determines the charges for completed work, agreed non-recoverable commitments and the treatment of any unused prepaid balance.
Refund assessment
Refunds are assessed against the work completed, payments received, committed third-party costs and applicable law. Any approved amount and payment arrangements will be confirmed in writing. There is no blanket promise of a full refund once work has begun.
Issues with deliverables
Contact us with a clear description of the issue so it can be reviewed against the agreed scope and acceptance criteria. Any remedy follows the project agreement and applicable statutory rights.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific cancellation terms should be reviewed before accepting a quotation.
